Mayday Personnel is excited to be working with an established company based on the outskirts of Totton, Hampshire. Our client is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant/PA to join their small friendly accredited team.
The Administration Assistant/PA role would suit someone who has good MS Excel skills as well as a good telephone manner. There is an opportunity for this role to evolve as the business grows, where other tasks within different departments could come up to help develop your skills.
Duties:
- Updating MS Excel spreadsheets
- Using the company system called Clarity (full training will be provided)
- Raising work orders
- Responding to e-mails
- Liaising with customers over the phone when required
- Providing PA support to the senior management team
Skills:
- Computer literate (particular experience with MS Excel and Outlook)
- Clarity system experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a small team
- High attention to detail
Salary:
- 23,795 per year
