- Perform planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on-site.
- Complete service documentation and prepare reports for additional work or spare parts.
- Assist in organising and prioritising all fieldwork types effectively.
- Schedule jobs with customers, ensuring timely completion.
- Report real-time job status updates promptly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy service vehicle.
- Provide detailed activity reports to the Operations Manager.
- A tactful, diplomatic, and communicative approach to customer interactions.
- A strong technical mindset with good coordination skills.
- Previous engineering experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with IT systems.
- A clean driving licence is mandatory.
- Competitive salary of up to £38,000pa DOE.
- A home-based role with travel to customer sites as required.
- All tools and a fully equipped service vehicle provided.
- Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
