They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Inbound Sales Contact Centre Manager who’ll be responsible for managing a team of Inbound Sales Advisors at their contact centre operation in Southend. About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Contact Centre Manager who will manage a team of Inbound Sales Advisors. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business. The business is fast paced, dynamic, operate within a regulated environment and have a fantastic culture.   Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a Contact Centre Team Leader or Team Manager position within a sales environment, ideally with previous experience working within the financial services or insurance industry. Salary & BenefitsThis role is paying a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £50,000. Key Responsibilities- Coaching and development of staff- 1-2-1’s and documented coaching- Motivation and staff morale- Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s Logistics The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Southend. Hours operate within a shift pattern, and the office operating hours are 8:30am to 8pm, with a Saturday or Sunday being worked every other week (day off in lieu).   Interview Process There will be a two-stage interview process starting with a screening call followed by an in-person interview process, and our client are looking to meet candidates immediately to secure their new Inbound Sales Contact Centre Manager. This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
