We are seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team in a American Themed Diner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a keen interest in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Schedule;
- Working Potentially every Friday to Monday.
Duties;
- Food production and kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen and front of house staff and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to
- Help create and develop new dishes and menus
- Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
Requirements;
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen environment
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Culinary qualifications or relevant training is advantageous
