A Sales Manager is required for a business specialising in passive optical network components and solutions, with locations in the UK, France, China, and Romania. The company focuses on sectors including core networks, fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment, data centres, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales initiatives across the product range, including active optical equipment (such as ONTs and OLTs), enclosures, cabinets, optical cables and assemblies, connectors, and test and measurement instruments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with telecoms clients, delivering customised engineering solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Drive business growth within the FTTH, data centres, core networks, and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed and delivered to meet customer requirements, ensuring network reliability.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the telecoms distribution sector.
