Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex. They have a strong presence in the South East of England and are now looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their longstanding and friendly team. You will be carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across Industrial, Retail, and Commercial sites. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding an industry relevant qualification e.g. City & Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing. " Will have experience working hands on as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a reputable provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services. " Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain professional relationships." Able to organise work load in line with company and client requirements. The Role:" Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems. " Liaising with clients and providing advice and management plans on legionella preventive measures. " Creating detailed legionella reports based on site findings. " Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Producing site specific schematic drawings. " Carrying out work in line with schematic drawings.
