About The Job:

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Supporting HR initiatives and programmes, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management.
  • Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of recruitment and onboarding, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
