As a Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right travel insurance products to suit their needs, whether they’re planning a quick getaway or an extended adventure. This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and is motivated by achieving sales targets. Full sales training will be provided, and the role includes some weekend shifts.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage with customers to understand their travel plans and insurance needs.
  • Recommend and sell travel insurance products that match customer requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, especially in sensitive situations involving medical conditions.
  • Resilient and empathetic, with the ability to handle delicate conversations with care and professionalism.
  • Target-oriented, motivated by goals and dedicated to achieving them.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, with experience in a service-driven environment.
  • Adaptable and capable of effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
