As the Registered Manager of a small learning disabilities service, you will manage and grow the service. Your leadership will ensure exceptional care delivery, compliance with regulations and efficient operations while upholding the organisation’s values.

Service Management:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure care aligns with the organisations mission.
  • Develop strategies to improve and expand the service.
  • Manage the service budget to ensure financial sustainability.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and support your team, ensuring they align with the organisation’s values.
  • Create a positive work environment that promotes professional growth.
  • Monitor and improve team performance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
  • Maintain high standards through quality assurance processes.
  • Continuously engage in self-development.
