Key Responsibilities:
As our HR Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, taking charge of a variety of essential functions, including:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth induction for new starters.
- Policy Management: Keep the Staff Handbook and Training Records up to date.
- Attendance Monitoring: Oversee time and attendance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Apprenticeship Oversight: Manage the apprenticeship programme, currently supporting two apprentices.
- Confidential Documentation: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Employee Support: Provide support for back-to-work documentation and various HR needs.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Starting at 30,000 p/a
Flexible Hours: Work 37 hours per week, with negotiable hours to fit your needs.
