Key Responsibilities:As our HR Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, taking charge of a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth induction for new starters.
  • Policy Management: Keep the Staff Handbook and Training Records up to date.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Oversee time and attendance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Apprenticeship Oversight: Manage the apprenticeship programme, currently supporting two apprentices.
  • Confidential Documentation: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Employee Support: Provide support for back-to-work documentation and various HR needs.
