Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £24,500 per annum + on-call payments
gap healthcare is seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based in Southend On Sea, Essex. We specialise in Health and Social Care Temporary Recruitment and we are looking for someone who is highly motivated and a team player.
Duties will include:
- Manage the candidate journey from application to end of compliance
- Source and interview candidates
- Handle recruitment queries
- Advertise job vacancies on various platforms
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll
- Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis
- Keeping active workers compliant
We are looking for:
- Recruitment or strong administrative experience
- Ambition to grow within the role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
