As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing general support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing office files, both digital and physical.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assisting with data entry, processing paperwork, and maintaining records.
  • Handling office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments and management.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • A relevant qualification in administration or business management is a plus.
