As the IT Technician, you will be responsible for:* Working part of the desktop support team, managing requests logged by users across the business.* Performing routine tasks including re-setting passwords, restoring files, setting up new users.* Help manage local area network for all sites.* Carry out and complete assigned IT project work.* Testing and monitoring of IT resources. * Providing reports on IT service desk calls, assets and backups.

The successful IT Technician will have the following related skills / experience:* Good understanding of Microsoft and Mac systems.* Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.* Excellent organisational skills.* Experience working with Windows 10 & 11.* Service desk experience - 1st / 2nd line support of windows environments.
