ACR are delighted to berecruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a privately owned developer. You will be working with an exceptional Project Manager and Contracts Manager, so this will give the successful candidate the chance to further develop their skills and shadow a very talented team.
The role will involve carrying out the following tasks:
- Reporting any activities or actions to the Site Manager that could affect health and safety, quality, customer care, or cost
- Liaising with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved
- Helping in the monitoring of material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock, but enough to ensure the site programme is met and all labour is efficiently employed
- Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality, and contribute to a high standard of overall presentation on site, at a minimum
- Showing a good behavioural example in all aspects of health and safety, organisation, conduct, quality of work, and professionalism
- Home demo tours
- Dealing with Customer Care queries
- Snagging houses and organizing trades for any tasks

Qualifications and Training
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTScertificate
- Valid First Aid certificate
- NVQ Level 6 Construction Management - desirable
