I am looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join my client and provide essential operational support. This role is vital for the smooth execution of administrative tasks, volunteer coordination, and logistical planning for their programmes and events. As an integral team member, you will enable their staff to focus on strategic priorities by efficiently managing day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:•    Board Meetings: Organise and coordinate Board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and document distribution.•    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of Board proceedings and assist with statutory filings and reports.•    Strategic Support: Provide administrative support for strategic planning processes and the leadership team.•    HR Administration: Manage HR tasks such as maintaining personnel records, processing payroll documentation, and managing employee benefits.•    Financial Administration: Handle financial tasks including processing payments, invoices, and staff expense claims.•    Programme Support: Assist with programme delivery through scheduling, communications, and record-keeping.•    Funding Records: Maintain accurate records of funding applications, bids, and proposals.•    Website Management: Update and maintain the organisation’s website and manage external inquiries.•    Data Systems: Oversee the maintenance and security of data systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.•    Safeguarding Training: Organise safeguarding training for staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
