Robertson Bell are supporting a vibrant education body based in South Essex to recruit an interim Payroll Manager (Part Time), on an initial three-month contract.

The successful candidate is able to work up to four days per week, with one day required in a highly accessible office location - with on-site parking.

The interim Payroll Manager will be responsible for;

  • Running end to end payroll, on a monthly basis, for c.650 employees.
  • Collating and reviewing payroll information from key stakeholders in subsidiaries.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable pension schemes, including LGPS and TPS.
  • Supporting stakeholders with any potential payroll-related queries.

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience running an end-to-end payroll process.
  • Ensured compliance with LGPS and TPS pension schemes.
  • A flexible approach to work to ensure delivery.
  • Strong communication skills.
