Your new companyHays Accountancy & Finance Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a large children's leisure company in looking for a part-time Payroll professional to come join their team in Southend. Your new role3 days a week 9am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) - Potentially at the end of season to up to 4 days if needed.Pro rata Holiday (Full-time equivalent is 20 days + 8 bank holidays)Salary Range - (Part-Time (3 Days) £16,800) Annual equivalent would be £28k.* Process Weekly Payroll for 3 Companies [600-1000 employees at high season](Includes: Importing Clocking In Times, Processing Commission, Expenses and Seasonal/Year End Bonuses, Send RTI Submissions)* Process Monthly Salary Payroll for 4 Companies [30-50 employees](Includes: Processing Commissions, Expenses and Seasonal/Year End Bonuses)* Submit Month End Figures to HMRC* Process Pension Figures (Weekly & Monthly)* Enrolling new members to pension schemes* AOE processing & recording* Input manual payroll journals into Sage 200* File Employee Personnel Files & Remove Leavers as and when notified* Process & Maintain Right to work documents* Managing Maternity/Paternity Leave* Possible accounts admin duties (bank postings etc.)* Processing year end payroll, year duties include submitting P11D'sPayroll System: Mitre Finch Flexi Pay system & TMS Clocking in System.Pensions: Aviva & Royal LondonWhat you'll need to succeedLooking for immediate starter, someone who it very organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail if possible.This is sole payroll position, must be competent working by yourself.Previous experience required.Work in office, based in Southend-On-Sea, (no off site/remote working) What you'll get in returnOn site parking available, discount on company food and admission tickets, company pension.
