HLTA

Strategy Education are delighted to be working with a primary school in Southend on Sea, Essex who are recruiting for an HLTA o start immediately.

The HLTA will be covering classes across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher. The class teacher will usually be on site, but it will be to cover their PPA time.

Work will be set for the students during these lessons. The successful HLTA will have the natural ability to build a strong rapport with the pupils, engage the pupils in their work, be an effective behaviour manager and enjoy working collaboratively as an integral part of the whole school team.

The successful HLTA will ideally hold a HLTA qualification or relevant experience and will have the opportunity to work in a community based primary school.

The HLTA role is full time and starts now.
