About the Role: 路 Position: Year 3 Teacher 路 Location: Southend 路 Start Date: March 2025 路 Contract: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:路 Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge Year 3 students. 路 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. 路 Monitor and assess student progress, providing support where needed. 路 Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum. 路 Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure student development. 路 Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
What We Are Looking For:路 A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). 路 Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with Year 3 students. 路 A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning. 路 Strong classroom management skills. 路 A commitment to helping all children achieve their full potential. 路 Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
