Strategy Education are recruiting for teachingassistantsto work in primary schools in the Southend on Seaarea of Essex.
Work is available across a variety ofyear groups and as 1:1 teaching assistants for students with EHCPs.
Full time andpart time work is available.
Teaching Assistants working in primary schools will be:
- Experienced working with children aged 4-11 years old
- Able to support children with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
- Good at building rapport with children in a school setting
- Successful behaviour managers
- Flexible and adaptable, able to think on your feet
- Passionate about education and the welfare of children
