Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Machine Operator Assistant to join their dynamic team in Shoeburyness. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth and development, with the potential to become a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

Load materials into the machine, which may involve heavy lifting depending on the material used.

Set up the machine to ensure accurate cutting of products to different sizes.

Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Be willing to learn and operate other machines as needed.
Requirements:

Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials when required.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate setup and operation of the machine.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and machinery.

Proficient in using a tape measure to take precise measurements.

Comfortable with basic math skills, specifically calculating measurements in millimeters (mm).
