We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter Team Leader for the late shift to oversee a team of CNC operators in our manufacturing facility.
The role involves setting and operating CNC machines while ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Candidates should have proven experience as a CNC Setter, with team leader or supervisor experience preferred, and a strong knowledge of CNC programming.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, requiring leadership and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter Team Leader- late shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of CNC operators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Set and operate CNC machines (lathes/mills/etc.) to meet production requirements? Lead and support a team of CNC operators, providing training and guidance? Monitor and improve production efficiency and quality control? Troubleshoot machine issues and liaise with maintenance when necessary? Ensure adherence to health & safety and company policies? Work closely with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes

What We’re Looking For:

?? Proven experience as a CNC Setter (Team Leader or Supervisor experience preferred)?? Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes?? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings?? Leadership and problem-solving skills?? Understanding of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
