Were now looking to expand our fantastic team of Project Managers for upcoming Health & Education projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a company thats committed to delivering high-quality projects while supporting your professional development.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications related to safety, quality, cost, and time. Youll manage multiple stakeholders, supervise site teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to this role as you will be the key point of contact for clients, teams, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project development from inception to completion

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives

  • Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and create contingency plans

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project teams and contractors to ensure accountability and high performance

  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance during the construction phase

  • Effectively communicate and manage commercial expectations

  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

  • Draft and submit budget proposals and manage project budgets

  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders

  • Identify and manage project programme dependencies and critical paths

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and milestones

  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations for clients

  • Build and maintain relationships vital to the success of the project

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on successes and areas for improvement

  • Travel nationwide depending on project locations

The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in fit-out or full construction projects

  • Valid SMSTS Certificate

  • Construction-related academic qualification (BSc, HNC, or equivalent), or be a time-served tradesperson with a proven track record in Site Management

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality results
