Day-to-day of the role:- Build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area.
- Make decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing and develop business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the estate agency network.
- Value and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a super hub office nearby.
- Oversee instructions to completion, utilising the nearby hub office where sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff will handle the day-to-day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market.
- Minimum of 4 years+ experience in estate agency.
- Proven track record of converting market appraisals into instructions.
- Ability to manage and lead in a designated area.
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive basic salary (£20,000 to £27,500) dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme.
