Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting students in overcoming behavioral challenges? We are currently seeking a versatile Behaviour Mentor to join our secondary schools in Southend on Sea, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help them achieve their full potential.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being among students. Your responsibilities will include working closely with students who may be struggling with behavioral issues, providing one-on-one support, and implementing strategies to encourage positive behavior in the classroom. Your expertise as a Behaviour Mentor will be essential in creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students exhibiting challenging behavior.
