Benefits:
- Salary banding: £65,000 - £70,000pa DOE
- Hours of work 37hrs - 9am -5pm

As the Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of service development and delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a senior team to deliver an operational strategy that transforms lives. Your expertise will guide the team through continuous improvement, ensuring that services are impactful, efficient, and responsive to the evolving needs of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Delivery: Develop and implement operational strategies that drive impactful services and achieve ambitious KPIs.
- Champion Team Development: Lead and mentor senior managers, instilling a culture of coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Represent the charity in key external partnerships, ensuring their voice is heard and their work is supported.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maximize impact while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Safeguarding and Governance: Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and sector best practices.
About You:
- Expert Leadership: A strong track record in leading teams, driving change, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Experience with Complex Needs: Deep knowledge of homelessness, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and implementing psychologically informed approaches.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyse outcomes and adapt strategies to ensure services are continuously improving.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing complex budgets and making decisions within resource constraints.
- Collaborative Approach: A natural communicator who thrives in cross-organisational teamwork and partnership development.
