- Warmly welcome visitors, suppliers, and customers upon their arrival at reception.
- Assist customers with collections and direct deliveries to their correct destinations.
- Organize and post customer sample packs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail through Royal Mail.
- Distribute monthly fruit supplies to all sites and shifts.
- Assist in the distribution of company uniforms.
- Arrange refreshments for meetings.
- Manage meeting room bookings as needed.
- Provide support for company and marketing events.
- Cover diary management and travel bookings for the leadership team when required.
- Previous experience in an office manager or receptionist role within a fast-paced company.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Strong communication skills.
