Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment? Do you have a passion for helping businesses build the best teams? We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HR Advisor with a wealth of recruitment experience to join our clients' dynamic team based in Southend.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to the successful onboarding of new employees.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing methods to attract top talent across a range of industries.

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best candidates are selected.

  • Provide general HR advice and support on employee relations, policies, and procedures.

  • Manage recruitment databases and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a particular focus on recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to HR issues.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and tools (experience with recruitment software is a plus).

  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
