Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment? Do you have a passion for helping businesses build the best teams? We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HR Advisor with a wealth of recruitment experience to join our clients' dynamic team based in Southend.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to the successful onboarding of new employees.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.

Develop and implement effective sourcing methods to attract top talent across a range of industries.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best candidates are selected.

Provide general HR advice and support on employee relations, policies, and procedures.

Manage recruitment databases and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.

Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a particular focus on recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, solution-focused approach to HR issues.

Knowledge of HR systems and tools (experience with recruitment software is a plus).

CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
