gap healthcare is recruiting for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Southend On Sea, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media and databases to source high-quality healthcare candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Job Adverts: Write and post clear and engaging job adverts on relevant platforms to attract the right candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review CVs, organise candidate interviews, and assess skills and experience to ensure the best match for client requirements.
  • Managing Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to job offer, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 years experience in recruitment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
