Are you passionate about empowering individuals to overcome homelessness and achieve lasting recovery? A leading homelessness charity in Southend-on-Sea is looking for an inspiring Recovery Team Manager to lead a new team dedicated to delivering recovery-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a growing team across multiple locations, ensuring consistent delivery of group and 1:1 recovery activities.
  • Guide service users with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse issues, through personalised recovery plans and group-based activities.
  • Develop partnerships with local agencies and educational institutions to ensure services are inclusive, innovative, and community-focused.
  • Oversee the implementation of a Recovery College model to help individuals move towards greater independence and well-being.
