Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team which are based in their Southend-on-Sea office and who is available to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent role which is office based only. If you have excellent Excel skills, strong administration abilities and good customer service skills and want to join a vibrant existing team, then please apply as we would love to hear from you.

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the customer care team in ensuring the efficient operation of the department.

As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling all incoming calls promptly
  • Proactively resolving customer enquiries
  • Producing quotations and estimates
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Coordinating email traffic within the shares inboxes

The successful Customer Care Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with a flexible can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good inter-personal skills - must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Worked in a call centre environment desirable but not essential
  • An understanding of medical equipment desirable but not essential
