SEN Teacher

The Role:- As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
- You will work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- The SEN Teacher will use creative teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to support the academic and personal development of each student.
- Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals to develop EHCPs and individual learning plans.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience as an SEN Teacher.
- Passionate about working with students with SEN and committed to inclusive education.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Experience working with children with ASD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD is highly desirable.
