Machine Operator (Setter)

One to One Personnel are proud to be working with a manufacturing client looking to recruit a Machine Operator (Setter) to join their team on a temporary basis.You will be an active member of a small engineering team within the R&D department undertaking activities adhering to the company standard operating procedures and device regulations. The ideal person will be a great communicator with excellent attention to detail, strong maths skills and who can work to tight deadlines.

Duties include:

  •   Undertaking ad-hoc activities to support the engineering team
  •   Undertaking documented processes
  •   Executing assigned process validation activities
  •   Production & Inspection of small components and products
  •   Completion of departmental paperwork – reporting on Excel 
  •   Supporting other company functions where required

Experience and Requirements:

  •    Strong IT skills, including Excel, and Word
  •    Attention to detail 
  •    Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  •    Ability to work to tight deadlines and to complete projects on time

Job Details:

  •    Hours: Monday – Friday 25-40 hours per week to suit – Flexible working hours would also consider school hours
  •    Working fully onsite in Southminster
  •    Hourly £13.50ph
  •    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
