M2 Resourcing are partnered with a UK leading provider of electrical bite indication equipment within the angling and fishing industry. We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly sub-contractor to join a dynamic team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and have a keen mechanical aptitude.

Duties:

  • Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and diagrams.
  • Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly process or components.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Document all assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.

Skills:

  • Proficient soldering skills.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic systems and components.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes thoroughly.
