Role Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring that we continue to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong focus on service, food & beverage operations, team management, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Operations Management: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, maintaining high standards in all departments.
- Guest Experience: Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Strategic Planning: Drive business growth through innovative marketing and operational strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure the hotel adheres to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a minimum 4* or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
