SALARY: Up to £24,700 Plus Quarterly Bonus

LOCATION: Southport (Hybrid)

THE COMPANY:We are currently working with a market-leading business, based in Southport, who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will ideally have a background within credit control; however, a strong telephone manner and customer service experience will be considered.

The business offers an excellent 8-week training program, so a willingness to learn and a driven attitude is a must.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage a portfolio of independent accounts.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve daily queries.
  • Collect overdue debt to minimize potential bad debt for the business.
  • Ensure customer spend is within provided credit limits.
  • Make daily decisions on credit accounts, including suspending or releasing accounts.
  • Balance minimizing potential bad debt with ensuring repeat trade from customers.
