Your new companyHays Education are working with a primary school in Southport, who are looking for a few strong TAs to join their team.Your new roleThis role starts immediately and is a long-term role for the right candidates. This role involved working with children with significant needs. It is on a 1:1 basis with children aged year 1 to year 4. Some of the children can be challenging with their behaviour due to personal needs. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you need a full DBS on the update service as well as:

  • Previous experience working as a teaching assistant (references needed)
  • Previous experience working with pupils with complex needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Previous experience working 1:1 with pupils within a school
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable)
