- Support students in mainstream or specialist SEND schools across Southport.
- Assist with classroom management, support individual learning needs, and foster social development.

- Take direction from class teachers and provide emotional and practical support to students.
- Flexible role with work available across different SEND schools - ideal for those looking for variety.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Experience working with SEND students or children with behavioural challenges.

- A flexible and proactive approach to your role.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 TA qualification) are advantageous but not essential.
