An established and reputable insurance brokerage is currently on the lookout for an experienced Claims Team Leader to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong leadership background and a passion for people management. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of leading a team of 8 technically competent Claims Handlers, ensuring both the smooth day-to-day operations and continuous development of the team.
