The Role:


Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Southport on a Part-Time basis supporting Wednesday (1:00pm - 3:30pm) and Thursday & Fridays (8:30am - 3:30pm) within KS1. The successful candidate must have strong behaviour management skills and an enthusiastic approach to your work. You will be providing a combination of one-to-one work, small group interventions and whole class support.

The ideal candidate will preferably hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (but not essential) and will have recent experience in a Primary School working as a Teaching Assistant.

The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

• Have experience working with Primary School aged children.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of support staff.

• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
