We are currently looking to recruit for a General Stores Assistant to join a leading engineering business based in Southport. Established for over 40 years, this award-winning business have built an incredible reputation within their field.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Permanent position
On a daily basis as part of the stores team you will be…
- Unloading deliveries
- Checking and allocating goods into the correct storage areas
- Carrying out stock checks
- Occasional journeys delivering stock (there and back in a day journeys)
- Assisting with packing goods out
Please note, we require applicants to hold a valid UK driving licence
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £11.44 per hour (£22,308 per annum)
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Permanent contract
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, life assurance and income protection benefits
