Job OverviewThe successful candidate will manage musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient caseloads, providing tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment to improve patient recovery and foster independence through self-management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with MSK conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education on self-management strategies to support long-term health.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NHS standards.
- HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience in managing MSK outpatient caseloads.
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
