- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons to students with SEN.

- Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students with a range of learning challenges.
- Collaborate with the school's leadership and support staff to ensure students receive the best possible care and education.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
- Flexibility and resilience to handle changing circumstances and varied classroom dynamics.
