The Role:As an Audit Manager, you will:
- Manage a varied client portfolio, delivering high-quality audit services.
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.
- Prepare and review audit plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee audit financials, including budgeting and billing.
- Identify key risks and provide strategic insights to support client growth.
- Review accounts preparation and corporate tax computations.
- Train, mentor, and support junior audit staff.
- Contribute to ad-hoc advisory and consulting projects.
- ACA/ACCA qualified with strong technical expertise.
- Proven experience in audit and accounts within a practice environment.
- Confident in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in audit software and accounting systems.
