Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Transport: Own transport required due to limited public transport

What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice that helps customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide expert advice and knowledge to ensure customers love their experience
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage any customer complaints with ease
- Update customer database efficiently
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales and ecommerce, to keep everything running smoothly
- Get involved in managing trade accounts and working with the accounts team
Who You Are:
- A fast learner with great communication skills and an empathetic nature
- A problem-solver who thrives on finding solutions and making customers happy
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude, eager to go the extra mile
- Ideally, you have experience in customer service
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
