Are you an experienced Contracts Manager who has worked in Facilities Management, Estates Management, or other similar arena within Property / Housing / Construction?

So, what's the gig?
- Managing the performance of FM contracts across property maintenance, grounds and landscaping, cleaning and hygiene, etc.
- Responding to complaints about service levels and taking a proactive approach to ensure they don't happen again
- Taking a high energy approach to the role, bringing your team along too, looking at ways to continuously improve the service
- Overseeing FM budgets and service charge budgets, SLA's for contracts and regular supplier performance reviews

Please note: This role involves travel! This a multi-site organisation, so you will be out and about a couple of days per week, plus twice per month in Bradford and Peterborough offices.
The rest of the time you'll be working from home, with a great deal of flexibility around how you balance your working day e.g. start/finish times.
