This unique opportunity offers both flexibility in working hours and experience levels, in order to find the right fit. We have the option of recruiting it in the two below ways:
- Full Time (35 hrs per week) - Up to £42k plus bonus, perfect for an experienced HR Advisor looking to step into a Business Partner role
OR
- Part Time (22.5 hrs across 4 days per week) - Up to £50k FTE plus bonus, ideal for an established HR BP seeking part-time hours.
As a hands-on HR Business Partner, you'll support over 100 employees across the UK for our global client, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver key HR initiatives. These will include employee relations, training and development, succession planning, change management, and driving business transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and supporting growth, with a strong commercial mindset being essential.
