Painter and Decorator
Temporary on-going contract, with potential of permanent
Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire
17 - 20 per hour
Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator to join one of our East based clients on a full-time temporary contract undertaking a mixture of domestic internal and external painting and damp & mould servicing.
Duties of the Painter and Decorator will include:
- Completing day to day painting and decorating activities
- Painting of small walls and bathrooms and any ad hoc areas
- Working on painting void and tenanted properties
- Completing minor mould and multiskilled repairs work throughout the building
- Undertaking mould washing and damp rectification
- Ensuring that Painting work is completed to an agreed deadline
- May include the use of halophen and bactdet
Essential experience for the Painter and Decorator:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent work experience in Painting and Decorating (Desired)
- Driving licence
